After a decade of offering traditional therapy services I started to see that once clients had developed two particular skills sets their need for individual once-a-week therapy drastically reduced or they felt ready to happily exit therapy. Those skill sets are:
-
The ability to identify, listen to, and dialogue between the different internal voices and intelligences that make up what we call our conscious awareness.

-
The creation and habituation of a set of practices that align with the client's beliefs that lead towards a feeling of flow, enlightenment, awakening, or radical revolutionary change.

Inner Critic: Transforming Through Listening
Being able to identify, listen, and dialogue with the inner intelligences is one of the top skills that allows our clients to be able to heal, grow, and change at an exponential rate. Specifically being able to create a healthy relationship with the inner critic; the protective, intelligent, and wildly judgmental facet of our awareness that tracks all of our and everyone else's perceived mistakes, is what allows many people to approach healing and growth through the creation and exploration of a safe inner landscape.

Enlightenment Now
Have you ever been in the flow? In fact ,most people have had experiences of flow states or of being awakened for short periods. In this course you will first explore your beliefs of what you believe a person who is enlightened, awakened, or in the flow state would be like. Then from that personalized point of view you will create your own personalized system of techniques that provide that exact experience you're looking for. Drawing on Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, and Meditational techniques from across all cultures and eras you can identify which practices will allow you to start and finish your journey to enlightenment. These profound states have a biological and therefore measurable basis in humans so it is possible to achieve and validate these states for yourself by following our course design.
